09.00- Depart for 3 Sisters Loop Ride, 121 miles, 2hrs. 30 mins.

  • Leg 1, Leakey RR-337 West to Camp Wood, TX:  21 miles, 26 mins.
     
  • Leg 2, TX 55 and RR-336 North to TX-41: 33 miles, 43 mins.
     
  • Leg 3, TX 41 East to RR-335: 39 miles, 45 mins.
     
  • Leg 4, RR-335 South to Leakey,  28 miles, 35 mins.
     
  • Should arrive back to Leakey ~12.00N to 12.30P for lunch (group to decide venue)
     
  • After lunch until 5.00p Evening Ride = free time

Evening Ride: 5:00pm

Saturday evening ride to Rocksprings Visitor Center where we will join the tour of Devils Sinkhole.

We will continue the ride led by Park Hosts to watch the Bats emerge from the sinkhole for their nightly feeding.

Day 3 (Sunday, October 20th)

  • 8:00am: Tour of Hollow Cross Monument and Painted Rock Gardens in Kerrville.
  • Will leave Leakey Inn on Sunday morning for our return trip home, and go to Kerrville.
  • After spending time at the location, it is approximately 4 hours to TXHD via TX/US 16 to I20.
  • Fredricksburg, Llano, San Saba and Comanche are all along the way after leaving Kerrville.
