How to Join or Renew Your Membership

Thank you for your interest in the local DFW Texas H.O.G Chapter. This is a great organization with plenty of group rides and activities.

Important Information

You must be a current member of National H.O.G. to join a local chapter.

To join or renew your membership with National H.O.G., call 1-800-CLUBHOG.

To join the local DFW HOG Chapter or renew your membership, you must submit the following:

A "Chapter Membership Enrollment Form and Release" fully completed and signed. Please make sure that your write your National H.O.G. number clearly and legibly. Click to download the form in PDF format

A check or money order for your annual dues paid to the order of: DFW H.O.G. Chapter. See Calculating Your Local Chapter Dues to determine the amount of your dues.

You may submit your enrollment form and your check to the H.O.G. Chapter representative at Texas Harley Davidson or mail it to:

Calculating Your Local Chapter Dues

If you are a National H.O.G. Member with: Your local chapter dues are:

12 or more months until expiration $20.00 for one year of membership

Less than 12 months until expiration Your local dues are determined by how many months you have remaining in your national HOG membership.

If you have: Your dues are:

1 - 4 months remaining $5

5 - 7 months remaining $10

8-10 months remaining $15

11 - 12 months remaining $20

Your local membership will expire at the time of your national membership expiration.

Life Membership Not available.
Life membership is not available in the local chapter. The maximum local membership term is 12 months to meet National HOG insurance requirements.

Question 1:

What amount do I send for my annual dues?

If your National H.O.G. membership expires 12 months or more after the date you wish to join DFW H.O.G., you may join for one year and your dues are $20.00.

If your National H.O.G. membership expires in less than 12 months after the date you wish to join DFW H.O.G., you can join up to the time that your national membership expires. See the chart above to determine the amount of your dues.

If you are a "Life Member" of National H.O.G., you may join for one year and your dues are $20.00.

Question 2:

How can I find out when my national H.O.G. membership expires?

It is printed on your National H.O.G. card. If you have lost your National H.O.G. card, call 1-800-CLUBHOG.

Question 3:

My National H.O.G. membership does not expire for 3 years. Can I join the local chapter or renew for more than one year?

No. Local chapter membership must be renewed each year. Each year you can pick up a membership packet at Texas Harley-Davidson or follow the instructions on this website. The maximum local membership term is 12 months to meet National HOG insurance requirements.

Question 4:

I am a Life member with National H.O.G. Can I join the local chapter for life?

No. See the answer to Question 3.

Question 5:

I have a question about membership, is there someone I can contact?

Yes. you can contact the Membership Officer.

If you are not a member, please send your question to the Membership Officer by email. Send your email to the webmaster to the attention of the Membership Officer.

If you are a member, you can:

1) Send your question by email as above,
2) Send your email directly to the Membership Officer's email address in your newsletter, or
3) Call the Membership Officer at the telephone number on the back of your newsletter.
